Minarani ITC, estd. in 1996 as an institution as a Industrial Training Institute at Soro. Minarani ITC is affiliated to N.C.V.T., Govt. of India, New Delhi, Ministry of Labour under DGET through State Council of Vocational Training, Directorate of Technical Education and Training, Govt. of Odisha. The physical infrastructure is replete with Fully residential, and eco-friendly wireless campuses, central library, one hostel for boys, well arranged play ground and administrative and faculty blocks...
The Minarani Industrial Training Centre has been established by some dignified persons of Soro, Balasore and managed by a competent registered governing body. The Institute situated at Soro,Balasore.
It is registered under Societies Registration Act and is affiliated to N.C.V.T. (National Council for Vocational Training),Govt. of India, New Delhi, Ministry of Labour under DGET through State Council of Vocational Training, Directorate of Technical Education and Training, Govt. of Odisha.
The Aim And Objectives
The aim and objective of the Institute is to impart quality training to the educated unemployed youths through N.C.V.T. approved I.T.I. courses to make them suitable for industrial employment , particularly, keeping in view the comming of some big plants, like steel plant industrial Units in Odisha and also opportunities from Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Railway and other Govt. and private sectors.
The Institute has its own hostel, well equiped workshop facilities with all types of machinery and tools etc. as per N.C.V.T. norms.

Why Minarani ITC
Minarani ITC is ragging free, NCVT affiliated. MITC is fully equiped with latest tools and equipments for its workshop. All teaching aids are utilised to impart trainings. Industrial visit are conducted on time. Placement Assistance.

PLACEMENT FACILITIES
After Completion of prescribed period of training, institute will be provide apprentice for successful trainees year wise mark basis of the private and public sector, through the government and own arrangement and also provided the appointment in different company out side of the state. It is stated that the institute is consulting a placement cell committee by the direction of state government.
ENTREPRENEURSHIP TRAINING
The Institute is providing entrepreneur training in every year to all the trainees of this institute with help of DIC and small Scale Industries sector. Other is continuing for the period of seven days. Which comes under month of January in every year. It helps to make an entrepreneur to the trainees and also providing non-ITI trades (Video, T.V, Radio, Cutting, Tailoring, Type, Mobile Repair and Computer) Training for self engagement.
LIBRARY FACILITIES
There is a library in the institute having a good number of engineering books both on electrical and mechanical and Computer subjects and different trade manuals on practical subject for use of students. The student should go through the library rules and regulations of the institute before receive the books
HOSTEL FACILITIES
The ITI training is a time bound programme and fully practical oriented special classes are conducted beyond the working hours. As such the trainees should prefer to stay in the hostel for better study and to get academic guidance from faculty members. MITC has well furnished hostel where preference of students is given first priority. Through there is the limited seat admission in the hostel will be made first come first service basis.
Messing
The messing in the Hostel is proportionate to students contribution and generally an amount per month is fixed for a particular Session i.e., according to the market price as well as payment capacity of a common boarder. The missing of the Hostel follows a principle of No Less No profit basis admission fees Rs. 800-/(Eight Hundred Only).
